The Warden Part 1

The writing is solid and the art is well matched to the story. The characters, such as the reporter and the cop in particular, have depth that should make the ongoing story interesting.

When the Warden finally appears, his origin and motivations aren't entirely clear. It almost seems like he is drawn to his role rather than deciding to become the Warden. This was really well done.

By the end, I was looking forward to the next issue. My only criticism is that the story starts slowly.

I love it, the art was great, the characters were compelling, and the plot had me hooked.
only complaint is that the binding is very tight and made too much gutter, had trouble opening book.
can't wait for part 3.

A great read has lots of potential in character and absolutely love the art style too

I normally don’t read comic books, but this caught my eye after seeing an ad for it on social media. It caught my eye because I recently moved to Detroit and saw that it took place there. I also appreciate your commitment to a comic based on Christian teachings. I’m looking forward to your future comics that’ll hopefully flesh out the story of Henry Hunt and his role as “The Warden”.

I was instantly hooked by the story in just the first few pages. It was so compelling I couldn't put it down. The story feels exactly how the genesis of a superhero ought to be - and it was done well. It feels nostalgic, yet fresh. The illustrations are superb. I cannot wait to see what is next in store for the Warden and its universe!
